1. Those who subscribe to a high-speed Internet service from an Internet Service Provider (ISP) which has paid ESPN, Inc. a per-subscriber fee to access authenticated programming

2. Those university students who live in on-campus residence halls (domitories)

3. Those members of the United States Armed Forces who live on U.S. military bases

Broadcast is NOT available to stand-alone ESPN+ subscribers in the US.
