Mark Everton Walters (born 2 June 1964) is an English former professional footballer who played as a Midfielder from 1981 to 2002. He notably played for Liverpool, Rangers and Aston Villa, and later went on to play for Stoke City, Wolverhampton Wanderers, Southampton, Swindon Town and Bristol Rovers.
